A note from Andy McQuitty
I know what it’s like to feel stretched thin in ministry. You’re juggling the needs of your church, your family, and your own spiritual life. But you still wonder if you’re making the impact you hoped for. Leading can feel lonely, exhausting, and full of impossible decisions.
After 40 years of pastoral ministry, I started Kaleo Collective to solve one of the biggest problems I experienced. We’re creating a space where pastors like you are understood, supported, and equipped to thrive—not just survive.
Our cohorts bring pastors together in a community that supports you, strengthens your leadership, and helps you thrive without guilt or burnout. You don’t have to walk this path alone. If you’re ready to grow personally and serve your church and community more sustainably, I’d love to welcome you to Kaleo Collective.

You love your people. You preach, lead, care, and carry more than most ever see.
The expectations never end, the isolation cuts deep, and that quiet question won’t go away:
“How long can I keep doing this?”
Few people really understand what it’s like to carry the spiritual weight of leading a church. But you’re not alone, and you were never meant to do this by yourself.
When you minister with joy and experience the encouragement of a supportive community, that ripple spreads to every family you serve, including your own. Your ministry was never meant to be endured. It’s meant to be lived in community.
Find rest, renewal, and relationships that will sustain you for the journey ahead.
We’re pastors who believe in pastors. Kaleo Collective was founded to help shepherds find strength, encouragement, and sustainability in ministry through authentic community. Our mission is simple: to strengthen the Church by refreshing its leaders.
